Alternative backing-Tufted with w-stitch

Now there are two ways to tufted the artificial yarns: tuft artificial grass yarns in normal straight line or w-stitch line. See the picture bellow to find the difference.

As we know, artificial grass yarn material, tufting technology and backing system are three main factors to determine the quality of the final artificial grass product. ‘W’ stitch make the backing system hold the artificial turf yarn more stronger, in another word, the backing is more durability and you can not take the yarn fiber out easily.
